We Value and Protect Your Privacy 

We provide services and content as a professional entity to support and educate healthcare professionals in preparation to meet and/or maintain applicable board certifications. You can choose to use or not use these services. In agreeing to use of our services, you must agree to the Terms of Use which is essentially a contract between you and Premier CME. By agreeing, you confirm you have read and understand this Privacy Policy and the manner we collect, disclose, transfer, and use your provided information regarding the use of services and content from Premier CME. If you do not want us to collect and use information about you as described in the Privacy Policy, then you should opt out of our services. By using our services, you accept we will collect, store, use, and process your information as indicated in this Privacy Policy.

What We Collect: 

Registration: To access services and content you will be required to register an account and provide personal information: name, mailing address, email address, profession/occupation, specialty, certification information, and state license.  This information allows us to create a unique account, administer personal correspondence, and keep track of your earned CME credits.

How We Use This Information: 

Member User Account: We may use information provided by you to establish a user account as described in the Privacy Policy, creating a unique account that we may update periodically. We will use this information to process your transactions expediently and respond to your customer service requests.

Account Verification: We may use your information to verify your registration, identity, and/or professional credentials. 

​

Services Improvement:  We may use information collected to provide and improve services and, to develop new services. 

​

Communication: We may use your information provided to send periodic emails regarding products and services and to follow-up with customers regarding activities of correspondence such as email, phone, and/or live chat inquiries.

Investigations: We may use your information to detect, investigate, and defend against illegal and/or unlawful activity. 

​

Continuing Medical Education: We submit collected information regarding CME participation to relevant accrediting entities. This is required to verify and process CME credits earned, internal records, and for meeting regulatory standards. Information may be shared with regulatory entities and/or third parties for the purpose of sending/collecting survey information pertaining to CME activity.

Partnership: We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal information to outside parties unless we provide users with advance notice. This does not include our exclusive partnership with Rosh Review who assist us in providing content and material for further educational resources. Any personal information is kept confidential between Premier CME and Rosh Review and is used in the delivery of services and material relevant to the course offerings.   Non-personal identifiable information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

Legal: We may release personal information in special circumstances to comply with legal requirements such as law, regulation, search warrant, subpoena, and/or court order to meet law enforcement requirements. Also, in cases where there is a physical threat to you or others, to protect business property or defend against legal rights of us or others.
