Cancellation/Refund Policy 

Full refund is available up to 10 calendar days prior to the course start date.  For cancellations made from 9 days until 1 day before the course, a refund will be issued minus a $100 processing fee, or we will credit your full registration to a future course date of your choice to be attended within 1 year of cancellation date.  Refunds will not be applied to any course that has been credited for a future date due to a cancellation.  All cancellation requests must be requested via email.

PA Board Pass Guarantee Policy 

Upon completion of our full course, we feel confident participants will be sufficiently prepared to pass the NCCPA PANCE/PANRE examination that we will offer a full refund of your registration fee should you not pass the examination. Restrictions apply.  Participants must complete the Premier CME course in entirety, complete all Rosh Review Question Bank exams assigned, and sit for the NCCPA examination within 6 weeks from the conclusion of the Premier CME course.  Participants will need to provide a copy of the board failure notification along with a copy of the certificate reflecting successful completion of the Premier CME course and Rosh Review Question Bank.  All material must be submitted in mail to: Premier CME, LLC  3900 W. Brown Deer Road, Suite A, PMB 232, Brown Deer, WI, USA 53209.  All material must be received within 10 weeks of the conclusion of the course attended.  Please direct all inquires in writing to Customer Service Department, Premier CME, LLC, 3900 W. • Posting of any hyper-link to this website without prior written consent. 

• For the unauthorized obtainment and use of personal identifiable information from any past, current, or future participants of Premier CME. 

• Sharing of your password access or allowing others to access services or content with your password.

Indemnity 

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Premier CME and its employees, agents, representatives, attorneys, affiliates, users, managers, and shareholders harmless from any damage, loss, liability, actions, demands, cost or expense, including attorneys’ fees and costs, incurred with any claim, demand, or action brought or asserted against any of the Premier CME parties outlined above: 

• Your breach of this agreement. 

• Your misuse of services and/or access to content. 

• Your violation of any third-party rights including but not limited to, copyright, trademark, property, publicity, or privacy right.

We reserve the right to assume exclusive defense and control, at your expense, of any of the conditions subject to indemnification in this section, including your cooperation with any reasonable requests assisting our defense of such matter.

Changes to Agreement 

These Terms of Agreement may change from time to time. Any changes will be posted to the Website. By accessing services on the Website after changes have been made, you agree to have accepted such changes.

Shipping Policy 

Currently, we do not ship any items such as books, handouts, or USB (thumb drive) items.  Our seminars all course materials are accessible to all qualified customers via online registration and participation.
